Also in 2010, a Dutch grant “Subsidieregeling sterktes in innovatie” was acquired for the project “The development of a novel diagnostic platform for leukemia”. Together with the Chinese life science company Capital Bio, the Peking University People’s Hospital, the Erasmus Department MC of Hematology and Skyline Diagnostics, the AMLprofiler will be converted onto a microarray platform which is flexible and affordable. Hereby, this subsidy will be used to develop an AMLprofiler-type for emerging market economies.
